| Synopsis: |
The threatening cloud which has floated over Balthazar Town is causing frayed tempers, anger and rudeness. Everyone is continually quarrelling.
Balthazar files up to the cloud in his new tea-pot flying machine and sprays it with a liquid which melts and destroys it.
The frayed tempers come to an end — and good humour reigns once again in the town. |
